Oct 9, 2023 · On July 28, 2023 my 4g cell spot stopped working after a t mobile customer service rep changed something on my account. I immediately called t mobile about this and they sent me a new 5g cellspot which also doesn’t work. Both cellspots cannot connect to the internet. I called AT&T, my ISP, and made sure the proper ports were open. EGO have a brand new 4GLTE CellSpot and own not working. The power light are flashing green and the internet bright will flashing orange. I have plugged the yellowish Ethernet cord into the yellow WAN port and it is connector into my Networking modem. IODIN have contacted my ISP and them have opened up UDP ports...The CellSpot then starts IKEV2_AUTH with T-Mobile, and never receives a reply back from T-Mobile. This lack of a reply explains why the device does not establish the VPN tunnel with T-Mobile. The CellSpot then starts over with the IKEV2_INIT query all over again, and is just in a loop trying to finish the IKE VPN negotiation.Register or update your booster.
