I realised leeching o3 just makes it harder to dodge and now I'm hitting every phase. But I leeched a lot because fear of death (most times I only have 2 or 3 maxed char) one day I will leech shatts too due to learn it. This has been bugging me for some time — of the four O3 counters, three are irrelevant: most of O3's attacks armor pierce or do tons of damage that the armor break counter doesn't matter, and the quiet/weaken counters only prolong the fight.
