Despite being injured Naruto put up a fight and showed why he was the only one able to go toe to toe with this Kaguya., Itachi vs Sasuke was a tie and Itachi didn't die. Naruto still revived his family and the Dragons of the Leaf were made the same way as in Legacy. The Hidden Mist War arc as well as the Jonin exam arc didn't happen and the pain arc still happened but Konoha wasn't destroyed. Jiraiya didn't die because he didn't go into the hidden rain village.
