Reset the network settings and that was fixed. However, now I'm not getting any texts. I can send them, and also make/receive calls, but texts are not coming in. Things I've done: Uninstalled and re-installed messages app. Cleared messages cache and storage. Factory reset of entire phone. New SIM card.
