Wash my hands well. Wipe the lid down with ISO. Lift substrate out of tub and place it on the tubs lid. Clean out the tub with soap and water, dry it out and place the substrate back in. I had 6 contam'd tubs on that last project, and 4 of them were literally saved by doing this.

I ended up having to pull the substrate that was attached to the base of my mushrooms and press it back in as an attempt to fill all of the holes.
