Iron golem farm not working

The detection range for the iron golem spawning req is not that big (hence the multi cell iron golem farms). Issue here is that the villagers are not breaking their line of don't with the zombie and aren't able to sleep. Sleep is one of the req for iron golem spawning,along with interacting with a work station, which is another issue here.
